What's a credit?

Credits power every action in Kantum. An AI reply is 1 credit, a chat reply is 1, an automation run is 2, and voice is 10 per minute. Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance, and you can top up anytime.

Do unused credits roll over?

No. Credits reset each month and unused credits don’t roll over. Your plan’s allowance is sized to cover typical use, and you can top up anytime if you need more.

The AI agent, the phone line, and the included processing minutes — voice and brain. The $499 plan includes 1,000 minutes (10,000 credits).

How do credits work?

10 credits = 1 voice minute. Credits are a shared pool you can spend across voice, SMS, WhatsApp, chat, email, and automations — whatever the work needs.

Can agents make outbound calls?

The listed plans cover inbound. Add outbound calling for +$199 per agent per month.

What about extra agents and top-ups?

Extra agents are +$299/month for capacity — their usage draws from your shared credits. When you need more credits, add a pack (one-time with auto-refill, or recurring) at rates from $0.45 down to $0.20 per minute.
