02Controller and processor roles
OrNsoft is the controller of account data that we collect to run your account. For the data you connect and instruct Kantum to handle, OrNsoft acts as a processor, processing it on your instructions to provide the service.
03EU data hosting
For European customers, Kantum hosts data in the European Union (Paris) on AWS. This is a current capability, and residency is determined by the customer’s region.
04Legal bases for processing
We process personal data on the legal bases that apply, which may include performance of a contract, your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and compliance with legal obligations.
05Your rights under GDPR
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. You can inspect, edit, and delete memory directly, and contact us to exercise any right.
06How to make a request
To exercise a right, email Support@OrNsoft.com. We will respond within the timelines required by applicable law. [Expected response timelines to be confirmed.]
07International transfers

08Subprocessors

10Consent management
We capture analytics and marketing consent through our consent tools, and you can withdraw consent at any time using the same controls.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority if you believe your data has been handled unlawfully.
