OrNsoft Corporation, the company behind Kantum, handles personal data in line with the EU General Data Protection Regulation. This page explains how.
OrNsoft handles personal data with GDPR-aligned practices: consent controls and deletable data. Built by OrNsoft, ISO 27001 and ISO 9001 certified. This page explains how we approach the EU General Data Protection Regulation.
OrNsoft is the controller of account data that we collect to run your account. For the data you connect and instruct Kantum to handle, OrNsoft acts as a processor, processing it on your instructions to provide the service.
Kantum is hosted on servers operated by our hosting provider. AI processing may take place in the United States or with providers outside the EU, including the AI model, voice and telephony providers used to run the service; these transfers rely on the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or another mechanism recognized by law.
We process personal data on the legal bases that apply, which may include performance of a contract, your consent, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, and compliance with legal obligations.
You have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. You can inspect, edit, and delete memory directly, and contact us to exercise any right.
To exercise a right, email privacy@ornsoft.com. We will respond within the timelines required by applicable law.
Where data is processed outside the EU, including in the United States, appropriate safeguards apply.
We use subprocessors to provide the service: AI model providers (those you choose for your tasks and those we select for functions such as memory and search), authorized connectors, our payment processor, our hosting provider, and providers of voice, telephony and email. The current list is available on request at privacy@ornsoft.com. Our Data Processing Addendum gives business customers at least 30 days' notice of a new subprocessor.
A Data Processing Addendum (DPA) is available to business customers on request at privacy@ornsoft.com.
We capture analytics and marketing consent through our consent tools, and you can withdraw consent at any time using the same controls.
You have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority if you believe your data has been handled unlawfully.
